Raiffeisenbank Czech Republic's capital adequacy ratio reached 23.3% at the end of second quarter of 2024, down from 23.5% when compared to the previous quarter. Historically, the bank’s capital ratio hit an all time high of 26.3% in 2Q2021 and an all time low of 13.3% in 1Q2014.
The Tier 1 ratio amounted to 19.9% at the end of second quarter of 2024, down from 22.6% compared to the same period of last year and down from 20.0% when compared to the the previous quarter.
Bank's loan to deposit ratio reached 60.4% at the end of 2Q2024, down from 66.5% when compared to the same period of last year. Some 10 years ago, loan to deposit ratio of the bank amounted to 106%.
When compared to bank's main peers, Ceska Sporitelna ended the second quarter of 2024 with a capital adequacy ratio at 19.0% and loans to deposits of 69.0%, CSOB with 20.0% and 68.5% respectively and Komercni Banka some 18.9% in terms of capital adequacy and 69.3% of loans to deposits at the end of the second quarter of 2024.
