Staff accounted for 43.3% of total operating expenditures in 2017. The bank operated a network of 451 branches and employed 5,314 persons in 2017.
Comparing Raiffeisen Bank Romania with its closest peers, BRD Groupe Societe Generale operated in 2017 with a cost to income ratio of 52.9% in 2017, and Banca Transilvania reached 50.4%.
