Historically, proved reserves of natural gas in Slovakia reached an all time high of 0.530 trillion cb ft in 1996 and an all time low of 0.500 trillion cb ft in 2017. When compared to Slovakia's main peers, proved reserves of natural gas in Austria amounted to 0.247 trillion cb ft, 0.140 trillion cb ft in Czech Republic, 0.272 trillion cb ft in Hungary and 2.88 trillion cb ft in Poland in 2017.
