Proved reserves of natural gas rose 0% to 77.2 trillion cb ft in Egypt in 2017, according to EIA.

Historically, proved reserves of natural gas in Egypt reached an all time high of 77.2 trillion cb ft in 2017 and an all time low of 2.96 trillion cb ft in 1982. When compared to Egypt's main peers, proved reserves of natural gas in Israel amounted to 6.22 trillion cb ft, 53.1 trillion cb ft in Libya, 304 trillion cb ft in Saudi Arabia and 3.00 trillion cb ft in Sudan in 2017.
