Historically, proved reserves of natural gas in Brunei reached an all time high of 14.1 trillion cb ft in 1998 and an all time low of 6.80 trillion cb ft in 1983. When compared to Brunei's main peers, proved reserves of natural gas in Indonesia amounted to 103 trillion cb ft, 83.0 trillion cb ft in Malaysia, 3.48 trillion cb ft in Philippines and 24.7 trillion cb ft in Vietnam in 2015.
