Proved reserves of natural gas fell 7.32% to 24.7 trillion cb ft in Pakistan in 2015, according to EIA.

Historically, proved reserves of natural gas in Pakistan reached an all time high of 31.3 trillion cb ft in 2009 and an all time low of 15.1 trillion cb ft in 1981. When compared to Pakistan's main peers, proved reserves of natural gas in Afghanistan amounted to 1.75 trillion cb ft, 164 trillion cb ft in China, 50.4 trillion cb ft in India and 1,201 trillion cb ft in Iran in 2015.
