Production of case materials rose 75.9% to 658,000 kt in Ukraine in 2018, according to Faostat.

Historically, production of case materials in Ukraine reached an all time high of 683,900 kt in 2016 and an all time low of 94,500 kt in 1998. When compared to Ukraine's main peers, production of case materials in Poland amounted to 2,295,000 kt, 282,553 kt in Romania and 4,387,000 kt in Russia in 2018.
