Production of cars per 1,000 people fell 19.2% to 108 vehicles in the Czech Republic in 2020, according to ACEA.
Historically, production of cars per 1,000 people in the Czech Republic reached an all time high of 134 vehicles in 2018 and an all time low of 15.9 vehicles in 1988. When compared to Czech Republic's main peers, production of cars per 1,000 people in Austria amounted to 12.2 vehicles, 42.4 vehicles in Hungary, 7.49 vehicles in Poland and 185 vehicles in Slovakia in 2020.
