Staff accounted for 45.3% of total operating expenditures in 2017. The bank operated a network of 127 branches and employed 959 persons in 2017.
Comparing Prima Banka Slovakia with its closest peers, VUB Banka operated in 2017 with a cost to income ratio of 48.8% in 2017, Slovenska Sporitelna reached 49.7% and Tatra banka some 57.0%.
