PPF Group made a net profit of EUR 1,031 mil under revenues of EUR 3,463 mil in 2016, up 227% and -1.34% respectively compared to the previous year.
Historically, the bank’s net profit reached an all time high of EUR 2,489 mil in 2008 and an all time low of EUR 216 mil in 2011. The average profit in the last five years amounted to EUR 576 mil.
On the other hand, bank’s revenues amounted to an all time high of EUR 4,020 mil in 2014 and an all time low of EUR 570 mil in 2006. The average revenues in the last five years reached EUR 3,408 mil.
Comparing PPF Group with its closest peers, Ceska Sporitelna generated a net profit of EUR 15,457 mil with revenues of EUR 38,227 mil in 2016, CSOB netted EUR 15,141 mil (revenues of EUR 34,043 mil) and Komercni Banka announced a net profit of EUR 13,689 mil (revenues of EUR 31,753 mil).
