Historically, poultry meat production in Bahrain reached an all time high of 9.04 kt in 2018 and an all time low of 0.165 kt in 1961. When compared to Bahrain's main peers, poultry meat production in Iran amounted to 1,994 kt, 64.6 kt in Kuwait, 35.4 kt in Qatar and 910 kt in Saudi Arabia in 2021.
