Polish banking sector provided mortgage loans of PLN 443 in 3Q2023, down 0.552% when compared to the last year.
Pekao accounted for 14.3% of all mortgage loans issued in Poland at the end of 3Q2023. Historically, the bank’s market share in mortgage loans reached an all time high of 16.0% in 3Q2021 and an all time low of 5.98% in 1Q2009.
