Pegas Nonwovens is Europe’s second largest producers of nonwoven fabric for hygiene application (diapers, feminine hygiene, and adult incontinence). Based in Znojmo in the Czech Republic, the company produced over 100,000 tonnes of fabric in 2014.
The Company must be investing heavily into the new equipments to remain the technological leader in the industry . Since 2003, nearly 60% of its operating cash flow has been invested back into the Company. In total, EUR 211 mil has been invested in 2003-2014.
Still, the management has been paying roughly a third of its operating profit to shareholders since 2006, so average dividend yield amounted to nearly 5% a year in 2006-2014.
