Pegas Nonwovens is Europe’s second largest producers of nonwoven fabric for hygiene application (diapers, feminine hygiene, and adult incontinence). Based in Znojmo in the Czech Republic, the company produced 86,000 tonnes of fabric in 2012.
Market capitalisation of the Company reached USD 255 mil at the end of 2014. This is twice as much when compared to the end of 2008, though only a touch above the level the Company was worth the first year when trading on the Stock exchange (USD 237 mil in 2005).
