Passenger cars per 1,000 people rose 2.62% to 143 vehicles in Jordan in 2019, according to the National Statistical Office.

Historically, passenger cars per 1,000 people in Jordan reached an all time high of 143 vehicles in 2019 and an all time low of 81.7 vehicles in 2005. When compared to Jordan's main peers, passenger cars per 1,000 people in Iraq amounted to 49.1 vehicles, 341 vehicles in Israel, 156 vehicles in Saudi Arabia and 209 vehicles in Syria in 2019.
