Passenger cars per 1,000 people rose 1.03% to 16.2 vehicles in Zambia in 2015, according to the National Statistical Office.

Historically, passenger cars per 1,000 people in Zambia reached an all time high of 25.7 vehicles in 2006 and an all time low of 10.8 vehicles in 2008.

Zambia has been ranked 120th within the group of 137 countries we follow in terms of passenger cars per 1,000 people, 19 places below the position seen 10 years ago.
