Passenger cars per 1,000 people fell 8.00% to 3.81 vehicles in Haiti in 2015, according to the National Statistical Office.

Historically, passenger cars per 1,000 people in Haiti reached an all time high of 4.14 vehicles in 2014 and an all time low of 3.58 vehicles in 2009. When compared to Haiti's main peers, passenger cars per 1,000 people in Cuba amounted to 20.6 vehicles, 73.3 vehicles in Dominican Republic, 53.8 vehicles in Jamaica and 823 vehicles in Puerto Rico in 2015.
