OTP Group's capital adequacy ratio reached 17.7% at the end of fourth quarter of 2020, up from 17.0% when compared to the previous quarter. Historically, the bank’s capital ratio hit an all time high of 20.2% in 1Q2014 and an all time low of 11.0% in 4Q2007.
The Tier 1 ratio amounted to 15.4% at the end of fourth quarter of 2020, up from 13.9% compared to the same period of last year and up from 14.6% when compared to the the previous quarter.
Bank's loan to deposit ratio reached 69.7% at the end of 4Q2020, down from 78.3% when compared to the same period of last year. Some 10 years ago, loan to deposit ratio of the bank amounted to 116%.
