OTP Bank Hungary generated total banking revenues of HUF 107,144 mil in the second quarter of 2019, up 9.82% when compared to the same period of last year and 8.9% when compared to the previous quarter.
Historically, the bank’s revenues containing of interest, fee and other non-interest income reached an all time high of HUF 110,034 mil in 3Q2009 and an all time low of HUF 84,449 mil in 1Q2007. The average revenue in the last six quarters amounted to HUF 97,344 mil.
Net interest income represented 61.4% of total revenues, fee income contributed 30.4% and other non-interest income added further 8.27% to the overall revenue generation in 2Q2019.
Bank's total revenues accounted for 4.86% total assets in the second quarter of 2019, up from 4.74% a year earlier.
