Number of passenger cars fell 2.28% to 0.633 mil in Singapore in 2015, according to the National Statistical Office.

Historically, number of passenger cars in Singapore reached an all time high of 0.651 mil in 2013 and an all time low of 0.413 mil in 2003. When compared to Singapore's main peers, number of passenger cars in Indonesia amounted to 13.5 mil, 12.0 mil in Malaysia, 3.36 mil in Philippines and 8.17 mil in Thailand in 2015.

Singapore has been ranked 89th within the group of 137 countries we follow in terms of number of passenger cars, 10 places below the position seen 10 years ago.
