Number of motor vehicles rose 4.69% to 0.578 mil in Bahrain in 2015, according to the National Statistical Office.

Historically, number of motor vehicles in Bahrain reached an all time high of 0.578 mil in 2015 and an all time low of 0.310 mil in 2005. When compared to Bahrain's main peers, number of motor vehicles in Iran amounted to 14.1 mil, 1.88 mil in Kuwait, 1.02 mil in Qatar and 6.60 mil in Saudi Arabia in 2015.
