Number of motor vehicles rose 4.44% to 0.940 mil in Zimbabwe in 2015, according to the National Statistical Office.

Historically, number of motor vehicles in Zimbabwe reached an all time high of 0.940 mil in 2015 and an all time low of 0.679 mil in 2005. When compared to Zimbabwe's main peers, number of motor vehicles in Botswana amounted to 0.392 mil, 0.400 mil in Mozambique, 9.60 mil in South Africa and 0.370 mil in Zambia in 2015.

Zimbabwe has been ranked 85th within the group of 137 countries we follow in terms of number of motor vehicles, 11 places below the position seen 10 years ago.
