Number of motor vehicles rose 11.7% to 0.677 mil in Panama in 2015, according to the National Statistical Office.

Historically, number of motor vehicles in Panama reached an all time high of 0.677 mil in 2015 and an all time low of 0.328 mil in 2005. When compared to Panama's main peers, number of motor vehicles in Colombia amounted to 5.33 mil, 1.08 mil in Costa Rica, 0.160 mil in Honduras and 0.480 mil in Nicaragua in 2015.
