Number of manufactured cigarettes sold per day per capita of 15+ years fell 3.04% to 2.19 per day in Iceland in 2015, according to the National Statistical Office.

Historically, number of manufactured cigarettes sold per day per capita of 15+ years in Iceland reached an all time high of 6.98 per day in 1984 and an all time low of 2.19 per day in 2015. When compared to Iceland's main peers, number of manufactured cigarettes sold per day per capita of 15+ years in Denmark amounted to 3.51 per day, 1.16 per day in Norway, 1.94 per day in Sweden and 1.67 per day in United Kingdom in 2015.
