Sales of manufactured cigarettes in pieces fell 3.27% to 3,550 mil in Slovenia in 2016, according to the National Statistical Office.

Historically, sales of manufactured cigarettes in pieces in Slovenia reached an all time high of 5,100 mil in 2008 and an all time low of 3,550 mil in 2016. When compared to Slovenia's main peers, sales of manufactured cigarettes in pieces in Austria amounted to 12,630 mil, 6,300 mil in Croatia, 7,440 mil in Hungary and 72,050 mil in Italy in 2016.
