Norwegian Finans Holding's Cost of Risk (loan loss provisions as % of total assets) amounted to 2.11% in the first quarter of 2019, down from 2.26% when compared to the previous quarter.
Historically, the bank’s cost of risk reached an all time high of 2.40% in 3Q2018 and an all time low of 1.39% in 3Q2017. The average cost of risk in the last six quarters amounted to 2.07%.
On the other hand, average asset yield was 10.3% in 1Q2019, down from 10.6% when compared to the same period last year. Cost of funding amounted to 1.41% in 1Q2019, down from 1.49%.
