Nordea's loans reached EUR 301,751 mil in the third quarter of 2019, up from EUR 301,739 mil when compared to the previous quarter and up from EUR 293,603 mil when compared to the same period of last year. Historically, the bank’s loans reached an all time high of EUR 314,474 mil in 1Q2015 and an all time low of EUR 290,182 mil in 1Q2018.
At the end of third quarter of 2019, Nordea's loans accounted for 178% of total deposits and 51.1% of total assets.
Mortgage loans represented 46.1% of the bank's loan book at the end of the year 3Q2019, consumer further 8.62% and corporate loans 43.4% of total loans.
