Historically, non-performing loans in Cameroon reached an all time high of XAF 552 bil in 2020 and an all time low of XAF 210 bil in 2010. When compared to Cameroon's main peers, non-performing loans in Central African Republic amounted to XAF 25.0 bil, XAF 229 bil in Chad, XAF 132 bil in Gabon and NGN 1,234 bil in Nigeria in 2020.
