Non-performing loans as a share of bank loans rose 28.3% yoy to 4.42% in Uzbekistan in 1Q2024, according to the National Central Bank. This is 27.9% more than in the previous quarter.
Historically, non-performing loans as a share of bank loans in Uzbekistan reached an all time high of 5.74% in 3Q2021 and an all time low of 0.551% in 3Q2012.
