Non-performing loans as a share of bank loans rose 20.3% yoy to 3.81% in Nepal in 1Q2024, according to the National Central Bank. This is 0.893% more than in the previous quarter.
Historically, non-performing loans as a share of bank loans in Nepal reached an all time high of 3.81% in 1Q2024 and an all time low of 1.16% in 4Q2021.
