Non-performing loans as a share of bank loans rose 15.0% yoy to 1.41% in Finland in 2Q2024, according to the National Central Bank. This is 2.39% more than in the previous quarter.
Historically, non-performing loans as a share of bank loans in Finland reached an all time high of 1.57% in 1Q2019 and an all time low of 0.217% in 1Q2007.
Finland has been ranked 54th within the group of 62 countries we follow in terms of non-performing loans as a share of bank loans, 54 places below the position seen 10 years ago.
