New dwellings completed as a percentage of total dwellings rose 20.1% to 0.289% in Portugal in 2020, according to the National Statistical Office.

Historically, new dwellings completed as a percentage of total dwellings in Portugal reached an all time high of 2.49% in 2002 and an all time low of 0.112% in 2015.
