Motor vehicles per 1,000 people rose 4.37% to 617 vehicles in Estonia in 2015, according to the National Statistical Office.

Historically, motor vehicles per 1,000 people in Estonia reached an all time high of 617 vehicles in 2015 and an all time low of 431 vehicles in 2003. When compared to Estonia's main peers, motor vehicles per 1,000 people in Finland amounted to 500 vehicles, 382 vehicles in Latvia, 456 vehicles in Lithuania and 365 vehicles in Russia in 2015.

Estonia has been ranked 13th within the group of 137 countries we follow in terms of motor vehicles per 1,000 people, 18 places above the position seen 10 years ago.
