Mortgage loans as a share of GDP fell 0.898% to 0.303% in Tajikistan in 2017, according to the National Central Bank.

Historically, mortgage loans as a share of GDP in Tajikistan reached an all time high of 0.364% in 2014 and an all time low of 0.163% in 2010.

Tajikistan has been ranked 77th within the group of 89 countries we follow in terms of mortgage loans as a share of GDP, 77 places below the position seen 10 years ago.
