Historically, mortgage loans in Slovenia reached an all time high of USD 7.32 bil in 2013 and an all time low of USD 1.40 bil in 2004. When compared to Slovenia's main peers, mortgage loans in Austria amounted to USD 155 bil, USD 8.04 bil in Croatia, USD 11.7 bil in Hungary and USD 450 bil in Italy in 2017.
