Mortgage loans per capita fell 19.2% to USD 39.7 in Ukraine in 2017, according to the National Central Bank.
Historically, mortgage loans per capita in Ukraine reached an all time high of USD 223 in 2010 and an all time low of USD 39.7 in 2017. When compared to Ukraine's main peers, mortgage loans per capita in Poland amounted to USD 3,006 , USD 806 in Romania and USD 647 in Russia in 2017.
