Mortgage loans rose 6.84% yoy to MYR 819 bil in Malaysia in 1Q2024, according to the National Central Bank. This is 1.74% more than in the previous quarter.
Historically, mortgage loans in Malaysia reached an all time high of MYR 819 bil in 1Q2024 and an all time low of MYR 728 bil in 2Q2022.
