Mortgage loans rose 36.6% yoy to LSL 1.28 bil in Lesotho in 1Q2024, according to the National Central Bank. This is 11.2% more than in the previous quarter.
Historically, mortgage loans in Lesotho reached an all time high of LSL 1.53 bil in 3Q2017 and an all time low of LSL 0.094 bil in 1Q2009.
