Mortgage loans rose 20.3% yoy to AZN 3.76 bil in Azerbaijan in 1Q2024, according to the National Central Bank. This is 3.58% more than in the previous quarter.
Historically, mortgage loans in Azerbaijan reached an all time high of AZN 3.76 bil in 1Q2024 and an all time low of AZN 2.51 bil in 1Q2022.
