Mortgage loans rose 14.4% yoy to EUR 0.362 bil in Kosovo in 2Q2024, according to the National Central Bank. This is 4.28% more than in the previous quarter.
Historically, mortgage loans in Kosovo reached an all time high of EUR 0.362 bil in 2Q2024 and an all time low of EUR 0.138 bil in 1Q2016.
Kosovo has been ranked 10th within the group of 10 countries we follow in terms of mortgage loans, 10 places below the position seen 10 years ago.
