mBank made a net profit of PLN -703 mil under revenues of PLN 7,857 mil in 2022, up 40.4% and 28.6% respectively compared to the previous year.
Historically, the bank’s net profit reached an all time high of PLN 1,310 mil in 2014 and an all time low of PLN -1,179 mil in 2021. The average profit in the last five years amounted to PLN 283 mil.
On the other hand, bank’s revenues amounted to an all time high of PLN 7,857 mil in 2022 and an all time low of PLN 366 mil in 1996. The average revenues in the last five years reached PLN 6,496 mil.
Comparing mBank with its closest peers, PKO BP generated a net profit of PLN 3,312 mil with revenues of PLN 17,209 mil in 2022, Pekao netted PLN 1,719 mil (revenues of PLN 10,761 mil) and ING Bank Slaski announced a net profit of PLN 1,714 mil (revenues of PLN 7,697 mil).
