Historically, loan loss provisions as a percentage of bank loans in Hungary reached an all time high of 5.72% in 2014 and an all time low of -3.38% in 2015. When compared to Hungary's main peers, loan loss provisions as a percentage of bank loans in Austria amounted to 0.158%, 0.301% in Czech Republic, 0.800% in Poland and 0.205% in Slovakia in 2017.
