Historically, kerosene consumption in Zambia reached an all time high of 0.887 '000 bpd in 1992 and an all time low of 0.200 '000 bpd in 2014. When compared to Zambia's main peers, kerosene consumption in Angola amounted to 0.762 '000 bpd, 0.657 '000 bpd in Tanzania, 0.953 '000 bpd in Zimbabwe and 0.424 '000 bpd in Dem. Republic of the Congo in 2015.
