Historically, kerosene consumption as a share of worldwide consumption in Eritrea reached an all time high of 0.067% in 2015 and an all time low of 0.008% in 1994. When compared to Eritrea's main peers, kerosene consumption as a share of worldwide consumption in Djibouti amounted to 0.062%, 0.157% in Somalia, 0.014% in Sudan and 0.400% in Yemen in 2015.
