Historically, jet fuel consumption as a share of worldwide consumption in China reached an all time high of 15.4% in 2015 and an all time low of 1.34% in 1990. When compared to China's main peers, jet fuel consumption as a share of worldwide consumption in India amounted to 3.48%, 6.26% in Japan, 6.86% in Russia and 41.7% in USA in 2015.
