Historically, expenditure of international tourism in Belize reached an all time high of USD 55.0 mil in 2016 and an all time low of USD 22.0 mil in 2020. When compared to Belize's main peers, expenditure of international tourism in Guatemala amounted to USD 346 mil, USD 230 mil in Honduras, USD 4,286 mil in Mexico and USD 48,837 mil in USA in 2020.
