Historically, expenditure of international tourism in Montenegro reached an all time high of USD 91.0 mil in 2017 and an all time low of USD 38.0 mil in 2020. When compared to Montenegro's main peers, expenditure of international tourism in Albania amounted to USD 805 mil, USD 163 mil in Bosnia and Herzegovina, USD 790 mil in Croatia and USD 1,179 mil in Serbia in 2020.
