Historically, interest rate on bank loans in Namibia reached an all time high of 23.4% in 1991 and an all time low of 6.86% in 2021. When compared to Namibia's main peers, interest rate on bank loans in Angola amounted to 19.4%, 5.25% in Botswana, 7.04% in South Africa and 45.5% in Zimbabwe in 2021.
