Historically, interest rate on bank deposits in Seychelles reached an all time high of 10.0% in 1986 and an all time low of 2.08% in 2011. When compared to Seychelles's main peers, interest rate on bank deposits in Comoros amounted to 1.75%, 13.8% in Madagascar, 3.69% in Maldives and 0.705% in Mauritius in 2021.
