Historically, incidence of tuberculosis per 100,000 people in Myanmar reached an all time high of 555 persons in 2000 and an all time low of 311 persons in 2020. When compared to Myanmar's main peers, incidence of tuberculosis per 100,000 people in China amounted to 55.0 persons, 210 persons in India, 143 persons in Laos and 143 persons in Thailand in 2021.
